you should use this program:

recommend.

the recommended Realtors to pay you $$$ as a rebate.
- The Realtor you
select will be obligated to pay you the rebate after completion of the

Here are the
details:
- I will interview
agents in your area. I know the questions to ask and when I feel confident
that they will do an excellent job for you, I will then negotiate a
rebate for you on your behalf.
- I will have the
agent sign a contract stating that he will pay you a specific rebate
upon completion of an agreed upon real estate transaction.
- That rebate might
be a flat amount or it might be a percentage.
- You pick the Realtor
that offers the most. The form below does not obligate you in any way.
It just gets you Realtors to pick from that agree to pay you a rebate
for using them.
