Most
loan brokers are highly motivated by commissions and frequently
the client pays more than necessary. Overpayment really adds up
over the period of a 30 year loan!
You've
seen commercials and advertisements by loan companies that
employ many loan officers, right! Would you call them loan mills?
Do you think they care about you more than the commission? For many
of them, it's all about the money! And guess who pays the money
they make? Do you think they brag to each other about how much commission
they got from your loan as you pay more than you should every single
month.
I'm
different because I'm a Real Estate Broker and a Loan Broker.
My favorite thing to do is help someone buy a nice home at the lowest
price attainable with a mortgage that is affordable and works for
you, the client. I live comfortably. I'm not out to make the most
money as fast as possible at my client's expense. I believe in the
saying, "Take care of your clients the best way possible and
the money will follow".
